All freelance design, native mobile development, and web development contracts are executed according to the scope of work defined during client onboarding. Revisions beyond confirmed specs are subject to separate hourly or milestone billing.
Full intellectual property rights for custom applications, themes, and plugins transfer to the client upon receipt of final settlement payments, excluding shared utility libraries and open-source packages.
Clients remain responsible for third-party hosting, API fees, domain registrations, and platform developer account subscriptions unless an ongoing maintenance retainer is active.
